Method of Payment

We require a 10% deposit on booking and payment in full 7 days prior to cruise. Unfortunately we cannot accept debit / credit card payments at present. Thelma will not sail on charter without full payment being received.

Note that chartering of Thelma is zero rated for VAT when carrying passengers. VAT is applicable and will be charged for all other goods and services supplied.

Charter Conditions

Your contract to charter will be with Thelma Marine Limited.

Operating Terms
The skipper has overall responsibility for the safety of guests, crew and vessel. He is at liberty to amend sailing arrangements at his discretion, for safety or any other reason.

Mandatory
Guests will be asked to sign a register with appropriate disclaimer on boarding Thelma. This is a strict requirement and cannot be waived.

Children
Children are welcome, but must be under supervision of an adult at all times and must wear personal buoyancy aids whilst on board - which can be provided.

Insurance Cover

As a small venture we cannot compensate for unfortunate events. As far as we are concerned you visit Thelma at your own risk. We endeavour to ensure and regularly check that Thelma VI is safe for use. We advise that you make your own arrangements for personal cover whilst on board as you would on any packaged trip.
